FLW's Blues fan pundit feels that the Liverpool youngster doesn't fit the precedent that their business has set out already this summer

Birmingham City's transfer strategy so far this summer has the rest of the Championship on notice.
Tom Wagner has the vision of becoming a Premier League club by this time next year, and he hasn't messed around in the transfer window to ensure that Chris Davies has the best chance to make that happen on the field.
A plethora of players have been brought in, whether on loan or permanently, who will be able to contribute immediately to the promotion race due to either prior experience at high-end Championship level, or through excelling elsewhere and being at the prime age to adapt easily to a new challenge.
Therefore, when Birmingham were revealed to be one of the many Championship sides interested in pursuing the loan deal of Liverpool winger Lewis Koumas, it raised a few question marks among Blues fans, including FLW's fan pundit Jason Moore.
Whilst Koumas has plenty of promise, the 19-year-old isn't positioned right now to be the starting winger for a top-six side after an inconsistent debut year in senior football for Stoke City last term.
Moore believes that, if Birmingham are to bring in a new left-winger, it'll be a "statement" signing and one that the club will part with a sizable fee to bring in.
"I personally don't see it happening," the fan pundit said when asked about the Koumas links.
"If we are going for a winger, I feel it will be more of a permanent signing, and someone more of a '10' who is comfortable playing out on the wing, rather than Koumas, who, correct me if I'm wrong, is just more of a winger.
"I just don't see us bringing in someone on loan again, we've already got a few loans in."
So far, Birmingham's loanees include England U21's goalkeeper James Beadle, Irish centre-back Eiran Cashin, and midfielder Tommy Doyle, who played 50 times in the Premier League over the past couple of seasons for Wolves.
All three are set to come in and make the side competitive in their pursuit of promotion, but Moore feels that Koumas doesn't fall into that category.
"He's still young, still raw, and the recruitment we've gone for this summer has been for experienced players who can get us up at the first time of asking," he continued.
"The next winger we bring in is going to be our big statement signing, and we're going to splash the cash there.
"So I don't see anything happening with Koumas coming to us, and I do think we'll aim higher than him [on the wing]."
Despite Demarai Gray's best position being off the left wing, Birmingham could be in for another wide man, after Emil Hansson departed the club on loan to League One side Blackpool earlier in the window.
With Phil Neumann and Eiran Cashin joining an already impressive defence, and Tommy Doyle bolstering a midfield pivot which boasted Tomoki Iwata and Paik Seung-ho, Birmingham look like a tough side to break down already going into the new campaign.
However, adding dynamic wingers was always the need this summer, and the Blues arguably aren't there just yet, despite the arrival of Gray.
Birmingham easily scored the most goals in League One last season, but 35 of those goals came via their strikers, Stansfield and May, and the only true winger in the top five was Keshi Anderson, who netted just seven.
This season, Chris Davies' side will face tougher opposition, and it'll prove more difficult to break sides down. Having a winger who can change the game at an instant will be key in doing so, and will boost their promotion chances tenfold.
Koumas, whilst an exciting youngster, arguably doesn't bring that just yet. Whereas a statement £10 million + arrival, you feel, definitely would.
