Leeds United visit Birmingham City in the FA Cup fourth round on Sunday, 12 noon, with seven players ruled out across the two squads and two returning for the visitors. As reported by yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, both managers delivered updates ahead of the tie.

Leeds drew 2-2 at Chelsea on Tuesday after trailing 2-0, while Birmingham were held 0-0 by West Brom at St Andrew's. Both had key absentees and picked up fresh issues in those games.

Daniel Farke said centre-back Sebastiaan Bornauw suffered only a bruise at Stamford Bridge and that he and goalkeeper Karl Darlow should be available.

Striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Leeds’ no nine, missed Tuesday through illness but Farke confirmed he is back after recovering.

For Birmingham, left-back Lee Buchanan remains sidelined by a long-term knee injury, and Alex Cochrane has been out since New Year’s Day with an ankle problem.

Ethan Laird has taken his first steps back in training after a hamstring issue, with Chris Davies outlining a plan for a week or two of sessions to build fitness. Defender Jack Robinson, out since early January with a hamstring injury, is a little behind Laird but Davies hoped to see him rejoin the group in the next few days.
