Birmingham surge after restart to climb to 15th

Birmingham City beat Wrexham 2-0 on Sunday at St Andrew's to rise from 17th to 15th in the Championship.
After the restart, in the 48th minute, Carlos Vicente glanced a header into the top right from Kai Wagner's cross.
Paik Seung-ho, introduced at the break, then crossed after a corner for Christoph Klarer to finish from close range (71.).
Arthur Okonkwo made six saves to keep Wrexham in contention. The visitors, however, registered no shots on target.
Birmingham recorded 15 attempts.
Next, Birmingham visit Hull. Wrexham host Stoke City.
