With an extension following Battaglia's injury, Boca Juniors continue work on the summer 2026 window. Led by Juan Román Riquelme and director Marcelo Delgado, they are reshaping the squad, according to LaNumer12.com.ar.

Ángel Romero joins on a free, signing for one year with an option for another. Boca have bought 80% of Santiago Ascacibar's rights from Estudiantes for US$3.2 million, with Brian Aguirre loaned for one year, extendable by six months. Ascacibar signs until 2030.

The board are targeting a winger and a centre forward.

Ignacio Miramon has finished his loan and returned to Lille. Cristian Lema and Frank Fabra have left as free agents, and Luis Advíncula has had his contract rescinded.

Loan exits include Lucas Brochero to San Miguel for one year without option, and Renzo Giampaoli to Gimnasia for one year with an option. Gabriel Vega joins Nueva Chicago for one year with a US$1.5 million option, while Jabes Saralegui returns to Tigre for a year.

Valentino Simoni and Julián Ceballos join Gimnasia de Mendoza for one year with a fee and option, the latter at US$2.5 million. Also leaving for one year without options are Rodriguez to Atlanta, Aranda to Racing de Córdoba, Obando to Atlético Rafaela, Genez to Patronato, Tomás Díaz to Los Andes, Díaz Robles to San Martín de San Juan, Maroni to Barracas Central and García to Argentino de Quilmes. Norberto Briasco, Brandon Cortez, Federico Aguirre, Mateo Mendía, Santiago Dalmasso and Pedro Velurtas depart on one-year loans with no fee or option.
