Bombshell at Real Madrid as Michael Olise makes future call | OneFootball

Those in a position of power at La Liga giants Real Madrid have on Wednesday been put on red alert. This comes amid the understanding that Bayern Munich star Michael Olise is ready to push for a move to Spain’s capital this summer.

Wide-man Olise has of course seen his name dominate the headlines across Europe for several weeks now.

This comes after widespread confirmation was forthcoming that the Bernabéu brass have identified the former Crystal Palace talent as a leading summer transfer target.

Bayern Munich, for their part, have repeatedly insisted that Olise is not for sale at any price, adamant that their attacking star will be going nowhere ahead of next season.

As alluded to above, however, this week, the France international has dropped something of a bomb on his current employers.

As per a report from market insider Santi Aouna, fresh off being sent packing from the World Cup at the semi-final stage on Tuesday night, Olise has made the call to join Real Madrid:

‘Michael Olise wants to join Real Madrid this summer. The French international believes it’s the perfect club to continue his progression.

‘Bayern’s official stance: Olise is not for sale, but the truth is more nuanced.

‘The Bavarian club would like to extend his contract, but has also been in contact with players who could come in to replace him.’
