Not all Inter Milan fans are enthusiastic about the upcoming Supercoppa Italiana mini-tournament in Saudi Arabia.
According to FCInterNews, the Second Green Ring supporter groups will not attend tomorrow’s semi-final clash against Bologna.
Cristian Chivu is potentially 180 minutes away from winning his first trophy in senior management.
Indeed, the 45-year-old is ready to make his touchline debut in the Supercoppa as Inter seek revenge for last year’s heartbreak.
Simone Inzaghi’s charges slumped to a morale-crushing 3-2 defeat to AC Milan in the grand final last January.
However, Chivu has mentally recovered his side, guiding the Nerazzurri back to the top of Serie A on the eve of this trip.
Therefore, Inter traveled to Saudi Arabia in high spirits, setting their sights firmly on a record-equaling ninth Supercoppa Italiana title.
Beating Bologna will be the first step toward that achievement, as the two teams meet at King Saud University Stadium tomorrow.

Lega Calcio has signed a multi-year agreement with the Saudis, allowing them to stage the Supercoppa for years.
However, that decision has sparked widespread backlash among supporters, who feel the competition has been stripped of its traditional identity.
“The Second Green Ring supporter groups confirm that they will not attend the Supercoppa Italiana in Saudi Arabia,” the statement announced on Instagram.
“It is unacceptable that, once again, mere profit-driven logic is placed ahead of the passion of thousands of supporters.
“The Football League continues in its stubborn indifference, systematically ignoring the dissent expressed year after year by Italian fanbases.
“It is time to put an end to the commercialization carried out at the expense of supporters.
“No to the Supercoppa in Arabia. No to the drift of modern football.”
Inter cannot afford to underestimate Bologna after failing to defeat this opposition in their last two meetings.
