Manchester United midfielder Casemiro will leave the club at the end of this season.
That's according to a club statement on Thursday which claims that the Brazil international will depart Old Trafford at the end of the current campaign.
Casemiro has been with United since 2022, playing nearly 100 times in the Premier League and scoring 10 goals.
Casemiro joined United from Real Madrid and became one of the division's best-paid players but has often struggled in a team that has flattered to deceive domestically under four different coaches.
United will not activate their option to extend his deal come May, meaning the 33-year-old will leave having won the EFL Cup in 2023 and the FA Cup in 2024.
