The transfer saga surrounding Franco-Cameroonian midfielder Junior Dina Ebimbe has taken a new turn, with a fresh contender entering the race for his signature. While the player has been prominently featured on the shortlist of Ligue 1's OGC Nice, he has now captured the serious interest of another French club: the ambitious Stade Brestois.

According to reports from Le Parisien, the hierarchy at Brest has initiated advanced negotiations with German side Eintracht Frankfurt for the 24-year-old.

The framework of the proposed deal would see the dynamic midfielder arrive on a season-long loan, a move that would include an option to make the transfer permanent for a fee of approximately €7 million. This development positions Brest as a serious and unexpected player in the pursuit of the highly-rated talent.

The path now appears clear for Junior Dina Ebimbe's return to France, as the midfielder finds himself outside the sporting project at Eintracht Frankfurt. With the German club having moved on, a transfer seems increasingly inevitable for the 24-year-old.

Though his current contract with Frankfurt runs until the summer of 2027, his anticipated departure signals a new chapter in his career. Currently valued at approximately €6 million on the transfer market, the Franco-Cameroonian midfielder is poised to bring his talents back to his native league as clubs vie for his signature.
