Florian Danho, the French striker for Espérance de Tunis, along with Angolan forward Jó Paciência of Petro Luanda, just couldn't catch a break in this 2025-2026 edition of the CAF Champions League.

Despite their immense potential, both players struggled with their finishing touch during the first five matchdays of the group stage in Africa's premier club competition.

Danho and Paciência squandered four clear-cut chances each for their respective clubs, putting them at the top of the ranking for most wasteful players, according to the specialist website sofascore.
