CBF appoints Rafael Klein to referee Flamengo v Mirassol in Brasileirão | OneFootball

The Brazilian Football Confederation has appointed Rafael Klein to officiate Flamengo v Mirassol on Sunday 16 August at the Maião, in round 23 of the Brasileirão.

Before that assignment, Klein will take charge of Fortaleza v Palmeiras on Wednesday 5 August, the Copa do Brasil round of 16 second leg, with kick-off at 21:30 Brasília time.

He is then scheduled for Santos v Athletico-PR in round 22 on Sunday 9 August at 18:30 Brasília time, at Vila Belmiro.

Klein’s most recent Mirassol match was the 1-1 draw with Vasco in round 20 at São Januário, a game without refereeing controversy.

He last oversaw Flamengo on 22 July, a 4-0 win over Chapecoense at Arena Condá in round 19.

Flamengo face Vitória at the Maracanã on Sunday 9 August at 19:30 Brasília time before meeting Mirassol.
