According to Globo.com, the CBF will open an extraordinary domestic registration window from nine to 17 July, allowing Série A clubs to register national signings ahead of the rescheduled 19th round.
The change follows the 19th round being brought forward, with some fixtures now before 20 July, the date Fifa sets for international transfers to open. The domestic exception is intended to maintain competitive balance.
Fluminense can now register Hulk in time for the Bragantino match, moved from 22 July to 17 July. Without the change, the forward would not have been available for that round.
Other clubs also play before 20 July, including Botafogo v Santos at 19:30 at Nilton Santos and Vitória v Vasco at the same time at Barradão. Mirassol host Grêmio at 21:30 at Maião.
The international transfer window still opens on 20 July and runs until 11 September. As a result, Thiago Silva cannot be registered by Fluminense until that date.
