Celta Vigo set to sign Altay Bayindir

Manchester United goalkeeper Altay Bayindir is set to leave the club for La Liga after a deal has reportedly been agreed.

Bayindir joined the Red Devils early in the 2023/24 season and has primarily served as back up to the first choice goalkeeper, making 17 appearances over three seasons.

However, the Turkish international has found game time hard to come by and will now leave the club on an initial loan to Celta de Vigo according to Danyal Khan of Sky Sports News.

Celta would then have the option to make the move permanent for £3.5 million with also United retaining a sell-on clause.

As well as Bayindir, young shot-stopper Radek Vitek is also set to move to Middlesbrough on a permanent deal.
