Potts attended the Hall of Fame event at Downing Street on Monday afternoon to receive her award after over five years of work for the organisation.
She started delivering fun and fitness sessions with them in schools in 2019, alongside their educational workshops, and became an ambassador in 2021. As part of that role, she delivered workshops across Scotland alongside playing for Hibernian.
The defender has shown dedication in sharing the importance of anti-racism, not just in football but in society across her time with SRtRC, acting as a role model to the next generation of female footballers.
On being inducted into the Hall of Fame, Potts said: "I'm immensely proud to be receiving such a significant award, and I'm honoured to be associated with such a powerful organisation.
"Following a career break at 21-years-old, I had a lot of inner healing to brave through having had such a diverse upbringing, which put me on the receiving end of many forms of discrimination, including the ripple effects of racism.
"I was extremely fortunate to connect with Show Racism the Red Card in 2019, especially meeting some incredible people who have inspired me to be the best version of myself to help others through connection and education.
"My passion is football, it always has been, but the most special part about being involved in the game is understanding how impactful it can be off the pitch. It certainly has for myself and my family, and I feel it is integral to pair these responsibilities with my career to give back as much as I can."
