Corriere della Sera – via SiamoLaRoma, report that the Italian giants demand at least €50 million for Kone’s sale, as they have to earn €60 million by the 30th of June because of FFP reasons.

Chelsea have now joined the race and they seem serious about signing Kone, along with Arsenal. Atletico Madrid have also been interested, having dealt with significantly with Italian clubs in the last few years now.

Roma floating idea

It feels like no one at Roma is unsellable and that includes their best players like Kone. This has probably been communicated to the Frenchman’s entourage, who are touching base with several clubs to see if they’re keen or not. This has probably led to Chelsea and Arsenal stepping forward without actually making any real attempts for the player.

But this is helping Roma make it clear that they’re open to a sale, if the right offer is made.
