Cole Palmer’s poor form is now at a critical stage, and nobody is quite sure what to do about it at Chelsea.

We’re officially worried about Cole Palmer. Most Chelsea fans have reached this point over the last few months, and there are very few now out there still burying their head in the sand.
The groin injury that kept him out for a big chunk of this season was used as an excuse for his poor form for a long time, but at this point it seems like something bigger is going on. As London is Blue pointed out in their newsletter this week, his form had actually dipped long before that – perhaps from the moment the persistent problem began.
He ended last season with a penalty and two assists in the final 16 games. But we told ourselves the summer would fix it.
Instead, he now has three open play goals in his last 36 Premier League games. A couple of great moments against PSG in the Club World Cup final have been papering over the cracks of what is now more than 12 months far from his best.
Enzo Fernandez is being more and more strongly linked with a move to Real Madrid, although his personality is apparently an issue.
Enzo’s flirtation reached ridiculous new levels on international duty this week, where he talked about how much he’d like to live in Madrid.
