That's Palmer's first goal for Chelsea in 110 days amazingly.
GOAL! CHELSEA 3-1 LIVERPOOL
Palmer makes no mistake from the spot, and ends his long, long goal drought.
It's fully deserved. He's been brilliant today.
PENALTY TO CHELSEA!
Disaster for Liverpool.
Moisés Caicedo nips in, and is taken down by Quansah.
Into five minutes of added time.
Can Chelsea hold out?
Stamford Bridge is unsurprisingly suddenly a very nervous place.
Huge few minutes in the race for top five, and there will be a lot of fans elsewhere cheering on the Reds.
GOAL! CHELSEA 2-1 LIVERPOOL
Van Dijk makes amends for the own goal disaster with a fine header from a corner.
Poor marking from Chelsea, and it's now game on.
Federico Chiesa is on for his fifth Premier League appearance of the season, which means he is officially a title winner.
It's been a very weird season for the Italian in England, but at least he has that.
OFF THE POST!
Palmer has had a brilliant game, and almost gets his long-awaited goal.
He skins Bradley down the line, but sees his audacious effort inside Alisson bounce off the far post and away.
Sancho almost ends the game but Alisson does well to deny him from close range.
CLOSE!
Maybe the closest Liverpool have come to a goal.
Kostas Tsimikas plays a great ball towards the back post but Mo Salah heads just wide.
You'd have expected the net to bulge.
Liverpool are looking for a way back into this, but Chelsea have been very solid defensively today.
Nicolas Jackson comes off, with Jadon Sancho on as Enzo Maresca looks to seal a big win.
Trevor Chalobah does well to hold off Núñez and prevent him from shooting.
Quite the turnaround for a player near-banished by the club last summer.
Arne Slot has called on his big guns, with Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai now on.
Darwin Núñez is on, and he's put a free header yards wide of the goal.
It sums up his season.
Chelsea look set to go level on points and goal difference with fourth-placed Newcastle.
This would be a huge three points in the race for Champions League qualification.
GOAL! CHELSEA 2-0 LIVERPOOL
An utterly bizarre goal, but Chelsea do not care.
Palmer dances down the line, and puts one into the six-yard box. Virgil van Dijk attempts to clear it but cannons it off Quansah and into the net.
And we're back under way as Chelsea look for a first Premier League home win over Liverpool in seven years.
HALF TIME!
Chelsea lead at the break through Fernández's early strike.
OFFSIDE!
Noni Madueke walks the ball into the net, but Jackson is offside in the build up.
Neto puts one just wide of Alisson's near post.
It's been a good first half for the former Wolves man.
OFF THE BAR!
Pinball in the box, with the ball eventually coming to Nicolas Jackson on the right. His cross bounces off the top of the bar and out for a goal kick.
Liverpool have had most of the ball since the goal, but haven't done that much with it.
Palmer looks more like the player we have become accustomed to seeing.
Liverpool have stepped it up a bit, with Cody Gakpo testing Robert Sánchez.
There's a good flow to this game so far.
GOAL! CHELSEA 1-0 LIVERPOOL
Champions behind inside three minutes!
It's a great goal from Chelsea. Cole Palmer gets space in midfield before playing the ball wide right to Pedro Neto.
His ball across the box is collected by Enzo Fernández, who steadies himself before slotting home from all of six yards out.
KICK OFF!
And we're under way!
The guard of honour is done, and we are moments away from kick off.
And breathe.
30 mins until Chelsea and Liverpool clash at Stamford Bridge.
FULL TIME! BRENTFORD 4-3 MANCHESTER UNITED
What a game! Brentford made that unnecessarily nervy, but hold on for a huge win in their push for Europe.
United's eyes are clearly on Thursday's second leg with Athletic, but it's yet another poor day in the league for them.
FULL TIME! WEST HAM 1-1 TOTTENHAM
A rather drab London draw which keeps both sides just above the already relegated sides.
Brentford are aiming to run down the clock. They're doing a good job of it.
GOAL! BRENTFORD 4-3 MANCHESTER UNITED
Hold on a minute!
Amad has pulled another back for United, curling one almost through Flekken after cutting in from the right.
There was bodies in his way but the Brentford keeper will be disappointed.
Good work from Obi, but Brentford get the ball away.
Can United somehow get a result here? Seven minutes added on.
Nine minutes added on at the Amex.
Plenty of time for a winner.
GOAL! BRIGHTON 1-1 NEWCASTLE
Big, big goal.
Alexander Isak (who else?) makes it 1-1 from the penalty spot.
Penalties and penalty claims have been the story of this second half, so it feels only right.
GOAL! BRENTFORD 4-2 MANCHESTER UNITED
Probably scant consolation but Garnacho adds to his assist with a fantastic goal.
He plays a one two with Eriksen, before curling a fine finish past Mark Flekken.
Less than 10 minutes to go.
Brentford are home and hosed, but there is still so much on the line elsewhere.
GOAL! BRENTFORD 4-1 MANCHESTER UNITED
Yoane Wissa makes it four, and it's another terrible Premier League outing for United.
VAR DENIES ANOTHER NEWCASTLE PENALTY!
Joe Willock goes down inside the box and a penalty is given.
A check on the screen later, and the midfielder is booked for diving.
GOAL! BRENTFORD 3-1 MANCHESTER UNITED
That's probably the game!
Again, United can't deal with balls into the box, and Schade gets another header.
Too easy.
VAR DENIES PENALTY!
The foul is ruled to be just outside the box. Huge let off for Brighton.
PENALTY TO NEWCASTLE!
Tariq Lamptey fouls Anthony Gordon, and the Magpies have a huge chance to draw level.
Former Brentford man Christian Eriksen is on for goalscorer Mount.
He gets a mixed reception.
Mount has the first sight of goal in the second half.
Again, Garnacho is the provider, but the midfielder can't do much with his two bites.
We're back under way in our three games, and Amad and Leny Yoro are on for United.
Shaw and Patric Dorgu are off.
HALF TIME!
We're at the break in our three games.
Bayındır keeps United in it with a fine save from Christian Nørgaard.
The Bees are having far too much joy with long balls and set pieces.
CLOSE!
Spurs should be in front again.
Tel and Richarlison combine, but there is no one to tap in the Brazilian's ball across the six-yard line.
United need to get to half-time here.
Brentford have them penned in.
De Ligt is off and Harry Maguire is on.
The Dutch defender only just returned from injury, but now looks set for more time on the sidelines.
GOAL! BRENTFORD 2-1 MANCHESTER UNITED
What a turnaround, but not one without controversy.
Schade heads in from another ball into the box, but Matthijs de Ligt was down injured at the time.
It's not a head injury, so they can have few complaints.
GOAL! BRIGHTON 1-0 NEWCASTLE
It just had to be! Yankuba Minteh has scored against his old club.
Tino Livramento clears the ball away only to the winger, who steps away from a defender before brilliantly curling home.
He never played for the Magpies, and left due to PSR concerns, and he's come back to haunt them.
GOAL! WEST HAM 1-1 TOTTENHAM
Who else? Jarrod Bowen draws West Ham level.
The Irons skipper makes no mistake, slotting through the legs of Guglielmo Vicario after a great through ball from Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
GOAL! BRENTFORD 1-1 MANCHESTER UNITED
The Bees equalise, and it's come from another ball into the box.
United fail to deal with a long throw, and Mikkel Damsgaard gets the ball into the net with the aid of a Shaw deflection, who is credited with the own goal.
Poor goal to concede but Brentford are deservedly level.
Thomas Tuchel is at the GTech, and his former Chelsea favourite Mount has made an early impression.
Is a reunion ahead if the 26-year-old can finally shake his injury woes?
GOAL! WEST HAM 0-1 TOTTENHAM
And the other side with eyes elsewhere has taken the lead!
It's come from Wilson Odobert, who profits from some really poor West Ham defending to finish.
GOAL! BRENTFORD 0-1 MANCHESTER UNITED
Completely against the run of play, United take the lead through Mason Mount.
It's brilliant play from Alejandro Garnacho, who comes down the left and plays a great ball in for the midfielder to tuck home.
His only other United goal came on this ground just over a year ago.
Level in all three games so far, with even starts at the Amex and London Stadium.
Kevin Schade then puts one over from close range.
The Bees are on top here, which is not too surprising given the eight changes made by Ruben Amorim.
CLOSE!
Almost a comically disastrous own goal from United.
A Brentford long ball is headed goal bound by Luke Shaw but Altay Bayındır comes out to claim it.
Fortunately for the pair they get away with it.
KICK OFF!
And we're under way in our three early games.
We're minutes away from kick off at the GTech, Amex and London Stadium.
Elsewhere, Manchester United and Tottenham put out heavily rotated sides against Brentford and West Ham respectively ahead of their Europa League semi-final second leg clashes.
The two clubs are very well placed to meet in the final, but currently sit in 15th and 16th in the table, and Spurs will be fourth from bottom if they lose to the Irons.
There are four games on show today, with the race for Champions League qualification the main plotline.
Both Chelsea and Newcastle will be looking to solidify their places in the top five, but face difficult tasks.
The Magpies travel to Brighton, who still have European ambitions of their own, while the Blues host the newly-crowned champions Liverpool.
