Chelsea host Paris Saint-Germain in the second leg of UEFA Champions League round of 16 tie at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday evening.
The Blues lost 5-2 to the Parisians at the Parc des Princes in the first leg, putting the French side in control of the tie.
Chelsea followed up their defeat at PSG with a 1-0 home loss to Newcastle United in the Premier League on Saturday.
Despite losing to Luis Enrique’s side last time out, Chelsea fared well against the defending champions. They created 1.57 expected goals (xG) as compared to PSG’s 0.90.
The FIFA Club World Cup holders were let down by poor goalkeeping, leaving them with a mountain to climb ahead of Tuesday’s meeting.
Chelsea have won all four of their home games in the Champions League this season, scoring 10 goals and conceding just one.
PSG head into this clash fresher, having not played over the weekend.
The visitors showed exceptional finishing in the first leg, but will look to improve defensively in this game.
PSG have a decent record on the road in the competition. They picked up seven points from four away games during the league phase.
Enrique’s side have lost just one of their last nine meetings against English teams and will hope to continue that impressive run here.
Chelsea will be without captain Reece James, Jamie Gittens, Levi Colwill, and goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen due to injury. Malo Gusto and Estevao are doubtful.
Fabian Ruiz and Quentin Ndjantou remain the only absentees for PSG.
Chelsea (4-2-3-1): Robert Sanchez, Malo Gusto, Jorrel Hato, Trevoh Chalobah, Marc Cucurella, Moises Caicedo, Enzo Fernandez, Cole Palmer, Alejandro Garnacho, Pedro Neto, Joao Pedro
PSG (4-3-3): Matvey Safonov, Nuno Mendes, Willian Pacho, Marquinhos, Hakimi, Joao Neves, Vitinha, Warren Zaire-Emery, Bradley Barcola, Ousmane Dembele, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
We predict a 2-2 draw.
