Previous meeting

We last faced Brighton in late March, when we made the trip down to sunny Sussex and goals from Kerstin Casparij and Vivianne Miedema got us the victory.

It's almost a year since they visited the Joie, with Khadija 'Bunny' Shaw netting the vital goal on 29 September 2024.

Last time out

We started the 2025/26 Barclays Women's Super League campaign with perhaps the toughest fixture of all - a trip to defending champions Chelsea.

With a change in formation from new boss Jeglertz, City remained in the game right until the end but eventually fell to a 2-1 defeat.

Aggie Beever-Jones and Maika Hamano grabbed the goals for the hosts before a Niamh Charles own goal got us back in it.

A defeat, but one that Jeglertz and his players could take something from.
