Corinthians visit Fluminense on Wednesday, and there could be a switch in goal.

According to Meu Timao, Hugo Souza is with the Brazil squad in the United States after being called up by Carlo Ancelotti to cover for the injured Alisson, and will not be available. With the friendly against Croatia taking place roughly 24 hours earlier, a timely return is viewed as unfeasible.

That scenario leaves the young Felipe Longo as the leading option to start. If selected, it would be his first outing since the fifth of February, a 3-0 win over Capivariano in the sixth round of the Campeonato Paulista. He has not featured in the 11 matches since.

Beyond his reserve role, Longo was sidelined by a right elbow ligament strain sustained at the end of February. He has not been available since the game against Novorizontino on 28 February, during which time the youngster Kauê filled his spot.

The match is at the Maracanã at 21:30, in the ninth round of the Campeonato Brasileiro.
