Corinthians: Derby Feminino, LNF decider and key basketball ties

Even with the FIFA date for professional men's football, Corinthians keeps Parque São Jorge buzzing in this second week of November. In addition to the Derby in the Women's Paulistão, Timão will also have a decisive classic in the National Futsal League (LNF) and important basketball games.

The week of commitments begins this Monday (10). The Brabas visit Palmeiras for the first phase of the Women's Paulistão, at 8:00 PM (Brasília time). The match will take place on the grass of Arena Barueri, which has been used by the rival as their home this season.

Tuesday is also a classic, but before the ball rolls, the orange ball goes up at Wlamir Marques. In the Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB), Corinthians faces São José Basketball at 8:30 PM, looking to extend their winning streak after a ‘tour’ in the Northeast.

At 9:00 PM, the futsal team takes the court to seek qualification for the LNF semifinals. After winning the first leg at Parque São Jorge, Corinthians visits Magnus in Sorocaba needing only a draw to advance. A loss takes the game to overtime.

There are no commitments on Wednesday, but the next day already brings new excitement. At 6:00 PM, the Brabas take the field again for the Women's Paulistão, in another classic, this time against Ferroviária. The match will be played at Arena Fonte Luminosa, in Araraquara, for the penultimate round of the first phase.

Also on Thursday, but at 7:30 PM, Corinthians Futsal starts a new decisive series, this time in the Paulista Championship. Their opponent is Ferroviária Pinda, who plays at Ginásio Tobias Salgado.

Corinthians Basketball returns to action on Friday (14). In the second phase of the South American Basketball League, Timão faces Regatas Corrientes at 5:10 PM, at Ginásio Polideportivo León Condou. This is the first round of this phase, which will be played over the weekend.

On Saturday, the Brabinhas face Audax in the second leg of the quarterfinals of the Women's Paulistão U-17, at Estádio Alfredo Schürig, at 3:00 PM. Hours later, Corinthians takes the court for the South American Basketball League, against San José, at 7:40 PM.

Sunday afternoon will also be reserved for Corinthians Basketball, with a rematch against Defensor Sporting from Uruguay. This decisive round takes place at 4:40 PM, in the same gym as the other two commitments.

To wrap up the weekend, the Brabas host Realidade Jovem in the last round of the Women's Paulistão. Due to the time, 7:30 PM, the match will take place at Estádio José Liberatti, in Osasco.
