Corinthians extend unbeaten run against Ferroviária with Paulista Feminino win | OneFootball

Corinthians beat Ferroviária 1-0 at Fazendinha on Friday in the fourth round of the Campeonato Paulista Feminino, a result that extended their unbeaten run in the fixture to 13 and kept the Brabas close to top spot.

According to Meu Timao, Corinthians have held the upper hand in this rivalry since relaunching their women’s side in 2016. Across 42 meetings they have 31 wins, 10 draws and one defeat, with 90 goals scored and 23 conceded.

The clubs have shared major stages. In 2019 the Brasileiro final finished 0-0, Ferroviária taking the title 4-2 on penalties. Later that year Corinthians won the Libertadores final 2-0 to seal successive continental crowns.

Corinthians’ only loss in this era came in August 2022, a 2-1 Paulista reverse. Since then they have not been beaten by Ferroviária, winning 2-0 in the 2024 Supercopa semi-final and progressing 6-5 on penalties after a 1-1 draw in the 2025 Libertadores semi-final.

This season they also prevailed 3-1 in a Brasileiro meeting at Fazendinha.

The sides meet again on Monday 21 July in a one-off Copa do Brasil Feminina last-16 tie at Arena Fonte Luminosa, kick-off 20:00. Corinthians will look to extend the streak and widen their historical advantage.
