Corinthians visit Botafogo at 16:00 at Nilton Santos in the 16th round of the Brasileirão, missing eight players and with four one caution from suspension.
According to Meu Timao, Gabriel Paulista is suspended after his third yellow against São Paulo, while Memphis Depay is still in the final phase of physical transition and unavailable. Hugo Farias, Vitinho, Kayke, João Pedro Tchoca and Zakaria Labyad remain out through injury, and Charles remains out, having only just begun his return to training.
Farias is recovering from right knee meniscus reconstruction, Vitinho has hip pain, and Kayke suffered a rupture of the left ACL. Tchoca is rehabbing after inguinal hernia surgery, while Labyad has pain in his right knee.
The booked quartet are goalkeeper Hugo Souza, full-backs Fabrizio Angileri and Matheus Bidu, and midfielder Rodrigo Garro. A caution on Sunday would rule them out of the next league match against Atlético-MG.
There are two returns from suspension. André Luiz is available after his red card against Vasco in a clash with Thiago Mendes, and Allan is back after serving a suspension for his third yellow.
Corinthians sit 15th, the second spot above the relegation zone, with four wins, six draws and five defeats from 15 games. Victory over Botafogo could ease the pressure and pull them towards the upper half.
