Corinthians face Quimsa-ARG in crucial Copa Sul-Americana basketball clash

On the evening of this Sunday, the 26th, Corinthians faces another decisive game in the group stage of the South American Basketball League. Tip-off is at 7:10 PM (Brasília time), at the Wlamir Marques Gymnasium, in a match against Quimsa from Argentina, for the third and final round of Group C. Timão needs a win to qualify for the next phase on their own terms.

So far, Timão is in second place in the group. First, the team defeated ABC Camp from Ecuador in a game played on Friday, the 24th, by 96 x 89. Then, on Saturday, the 25th, the team stumbled in the second-round match, losing to Defensor from Uruguay by 81 x 76.

Probable lineup

After the dominant start by the lineup chosen by Jece Leite, the tendency is for the selection to remain the same. Thus, the starting five should be Elinho, Elyjah Clark, Davaunta Thomas, Victão, and Gabriel Novaes.
