Corinthians fans plan 3D mosaic for Copa do Brasil semi-final return leg

At the end of this Sunday afternoon (14th), at 6:00 PM (Brasília time), Corinthians will host Cruzeiro at the Neo Química Arena for the second leg of the Copa do Brasil semifinals. For the match, the club’s organized fan groups are preparing a 3D mosaic in the east section of the Arena, precisely the view the players have as they enter the pitch.

On November 20th, during the derby against São Paulo at the Neo Química Arena for the 34th round of the Brazilian Championship, a mosaic with the same characteristics was also displayed in the same place, depicting memorable moments of the Alvinegro against their rival throughout history.

Additionally, according to UOL Esporte, Gaviões da Fiel, the main organized supporters group of Corinthians, is preparing a corridor of fire on Radial Leste – near the Neo Química Arena – during the team's arrival at the stadium. It’s worth remembering that Gaviões da Fiel is currently sanctioned by the MP-SP after a conflict between members of their group and Independente on the 20th.

In the current edition of the Copa do Brasil, Corinthians has scored nine goals and conceded none, with seven wins in seven matches – a 100% success rate. They have already knocked out: Novorizontino (third round), Palmeiras (round of 16), and Athletico-PR (quarterfinals).

Three-time champions of the tournament (1995, 2002, and 2009), Corinthians is aiming to win the competition after 16 years. During this period, the team finished as runners-up twice (2018 and 2022) and reached the semifinals twice (2023 and 2024). This Sunday (14th), Dorival Júnior’s squad only needs a draw to advance to the final – against Fluminense or Vasco.
