Corinthians have an agreement to consider selling Hugo Souza in the mid-year window, alongside a separate understanding over Yuri Alberto’s future.
According to Globo.com, president Osmar Stabile has told the 27-year-old goalkeeper’s camp he will ease a move to Europe if a bid above 13 million euros, about R$76 million, arrives for 60% of his economic rights.
Hugo Souza was stirred by Milan’s proposal late last year, which included a salary worth three times his current deal, and it has reignited his ambition to play in Europe.
His release clause for foreign clubs is set at 100 million euros, roughly R$591 million.
He is on Brazil’s preliminary World Cup list and awaits a possible call from head coach Carlo Ancelotti on Monday.
The mid-year market, running from 20 July to 11 September, has come back into focus after Yuri Alberto said post-match that he is considering leaving in 2026 following Copa do Brasil last-16 progression.
The 25-year-old striker also has an agreement with Stabile to be released if a European offer tops 20 million euros, around R$115 million, for 50% of his rights, with the remainder held by Zenit of Russia.
Midfielders André and Breno Bidon could also depart mid-year. André, previously on Milan’s radar, is valued at about 20 million euros, while Bidon is estimated at 25 million euros.
Corinthians are seeking partners to help keep Memphis Depay. Without them, the Dutch forward is seen as another possible exit in the second half of 2026.
