Corinthians have been ordered to pay R$ six million to Midtjylland over the signing of midfielder Charles. They also lent the Neo Química Arena to Santos and advanced in the Libertadores without playing.
According to Meu Timao, a ruling published at the end of March gave the club 45 days to settle the sum with Midtjylland after breaching an agreement in the Charles deal.

The Neo Química Arena will host Santos v Coritiba on 17 May at 11:00. The fixture forms part of the 16th round of the Campeonato Brasileiro.
Corinthians secured progression to the next phase after Platense drew with Peñarol. The result means they cannot finish lower than second in Group E.
It was a busy Thursday for supporters.
