Corinthians ramp up tactics for Vitória clash in Brasileiro

On the morning of this Thursday, the 23rd, Corinthians continued their preparation to face Vitória, in a match that will take place this Saturday, the 25th, at 4 PM (Brasília time), for the 30th round of the Brazilian Championship. Guided by coach Dorival Júnior, the players held another tactical training session at CT Joaquim Grava.

The squad started the day with a video of tactical instructions and then proceeded with activation in the gym and warm-up on the field. Shortly after, the squad was divided into two groups for technical-tactical sectorial work, focusing on defensive balance and offensive construction. Dorival also led a ten-on-ten tactical exercise, aligning specific strategies for the game against Vitória.

Finally, finishing and free-kick practices complemented the activity. The alvinegra preparation will be concluded on the morning of this Friday, the 24th, also at CT Joaquim Grava. In the afternoon, the delegation travels to Salvador.

It is worth remembering that Timão has 36 points in the Brasileirão, with nine wins, nine draws, and 11 losses, occupying the 11th position in the table. A positive result against Vitória, combined with a series of results in the round, could make Timão climb up to two positions in the tournament.
