Corinthians have replaced the financial administrators of the Neo Química Arena, appointing Asarock Asset Management and Genial Investimentos CTVM to take over from REAG/Arandu Investimentos.

In August 2025, REAG was targeted by the Ministério Público de São Paulo (MP-SP) via Gaeco in Operação Carbono Oculto, backed by Receita Federal and the Polícia Federal, an investigation into money laundering, tax evasion and fuel fraud allegedly linked to the Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC). The club said in a statement that the switch aims to strengthen governance, control, transparency and efficiency.

REAG/Arandu Investimentos had overseen the Fundo Arena, of which Corinthians is the sole unitholder. Under the new set-up, Asarock Asset Management will manage the funds and Genial Investimentos CTVM will handle fiduciary administration. The process had Caixa Econômica Federal’s oversight and consent.

The club’s debt to Caixa stands at about R$ 660 million, repayable in quarterly instalments until the end of 2041. The first 2026 instalment, around R$ 28 million, was paid in March, within an estimated R$ 115 million due this year under a refinancing agreed at the end of 2022.

Corinthians began the switch in January. President Osmar Stabile’s board had faced pressure from fans, members and councillors, including a 217-strong Coletivo Família Corinthians request to end REAG’s contract. This week, the slow response was cited in an impeachment petition that also mentions Parque São Jorge as collateral, alleged ghost employees and non-disclosure of accounts, now before the Comissão de Ética e Disciplina (CE).
