Olympique Lyonnais will host RC Lens in the Coupe de France quarter-finals after Thursday's draw on France 3's Stade 2. Lens are second in Ligue 1.

According to Le Progres, Paulo Fonseca's side are at home again having beaten Ligue 2 Laval 2-0 the previous day.

Rugby union international Gaël Fickou conducted the draw, pulling OL out as the home club for the fourth and final tie shortly after 20:10. Lens are coached this season by former Lyon manager Pierre Sage, who still has a strong attachment to the club.

With PSG out since the round of 32, top-flight contenders, seven remain, have set their sights on the trophy. The only Ligue 2 team left, Stade de Reims, reached last season's final but lost 3-0 to PSG.

Lyon's tie is scheduled for Wednesday the fourth or Thursday the fifth of March, three or four days after a Ligue 1 trip to Marseille and before Paris FC visit. OL have lifted the Cup five times, in 1964, 1967, 1973, 2008 and 2012.

The other quarter-finals pair RC Strasbourg or AS Monaco with Stade de Reims, FC Lorient with OGC Nice, and Marseille with Toulouse.
