According to the BILD podcast„Bayern-Insider“, Serge Gnabry is on Juventus‘ internal wish list, but a potential transfer of the Bayern star would hardly be affordable for the Italians.
International interest in Serge Gnabry is growing again. Now that the FC Bayern winger has found his old form this season, top clubs are once again expressing interest. Juventus Turin in particular are keeping a close eye on the 30-year-old – and see him as a potential key player for the planned realignment of their attack.
BILD chief reporter Tobi Altschäffl confirms in the „Bayern Insider“ podcast: „That’s true. Juventus have their eye on Gnabry.“
So the lead is real – but far from concrete.

Juventus are currently working on a strategic reorganization on the flanks. The club is looking for experienced, goal-scoring and internationally proven players who work without a long familiarization period. Gnabry falls exactly into this profile: Champions League winner, long-time top performer, strong in goals and assists, flexible in use
However,BILD head of soccer Christian Falk emphasizes: „Very interesting in sporting terms, but extremely difficult financially.“ Because Gnabry is one of the top earners at FC Bayern. According to reports, he earns around 18 million euros a year – sums that Juventus cannot easily afford, especially since a hand fee and consultancy fees would also have to be factored in.
The Gazzetta dello Sport also recently reported that although Gnabry is a serious option in the plans of the Turin managers, the overall financial package is „hardly feasible“. Juve would either have to make massive adjustments to their salary structure and budget – or put the issue to one side.
It is also interesting to note that, in addition to Juventus, Liverpool FC are also said to have enquired about the attacking player’s situation. They are also looking for reinforcements on the wings.
But the situation from Munich’s perspective is clear: Gnabry feels comfortable at the German record champions. He enjoys a high standing at the club and in the team and has fought back impressively after some difficult months.
That is why FC Bayern is basically interested in extending his contract for another two years – but only on one condition: a significant reduction in salary, as Altschäffl and Falk report. It remains to be seen whether the player is prepared to do this.
