Cristian Chivu has repeated his message to the Inter squad ahead of tonight’s clash with Lazio, calling for a return to dominance whilst he faces a late selection headache between Marcus Thuram and Ange-Yoan Bonny.
As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews, the Inter coach once again addressed the team yesterday, reiterating his ideas from the post-Champions League debrief.
He reportedly reminded his players that they have the chance to leapfrog Milan with a win at San Siro.
Chivu demanded “a dominant, not arrogant” approach.
Furthermore, he warned against the subconscious complacency that had crept into recent displays.

Up front, Lautaro Martinez is determined to end his mini goal drought and will be partnered by Ange-Yoan Bonny.

The message from Chivu is clear: Inter must reassert their control to keep pace at the top of Serie A.
