Thanks for joining us for this evening's World Cup qualifier coverage.
Germany now face a huge clash with Slovakia on Monday to decide who takes top spot in Group A. Die Nationalelf can qualify with a win or a draw from that encounter.
The Netherlands, with their healthy lead over Poland in Group G, can reach the World Cup with at least a point against Lithuania.
Here are the rest of this evening's results across the UEFA World Cup qualifiers.

FULL TIME: Poland 1-1 Netherlands
Memphis Depay struck early in the second half to cancel out Poland's opener. Oranje hold a three-point lead over Poland in their group and have a far superior goal difference.
FULL TIME: Luxembourg 0-2 Germany
After a slow first half, Germany came to life in the second period and Nitck Woltemade's brace helped Die Nationalelf to hold top spot in Group A.
FULL TIME: Croatia 3-1 Faroe Islands
Croatia cinch their spot at the 2026 World Cup with a comeback win over the Faroe Islands.
OFF THE BAR!
Croatia are in complete control now and Mislav Orsic's strike thumps the crossbard.
An international first for Woltemade this evening. Matchwinner?
OFF THE BAR
Sane almost makes it three with a snapshot inside the area that cannons off the Luxembourg crossbar.
10 minutes to go. Can Germany and Croatia hold their leads? Will there be a winner in Poland vs the Netherlands?
CHANCE NETHERLANDS
Depay has a great chance to get the Netherlands in front as he's left unmarked inside the area, but he can't keep his header down and sends the effort well over the bar.
Another good night for Woltemade.
GOAL GERMANY
Germany have gone up a level in the second half and Woltemade has his second of the evening, composedly finishing from Ridle Baku's through ball.
GOAL CROATIA
Surely that settles the turnaround for Croatia? Substitute Nikola Vlasic makes a near-instant impact with a first-time volley from close range into the Faroe Islands' net.
Decent start to the campaign for the new Newcastle striker.
GOAL CROATIA!
Croatia have gone in front against the Faroe Islands after going behind early on. Petar Musa takes a great first touch with his back to goal before swiveling and lashing into the net.
GOAL NETHERLANDS
Memphis Depay gets Oranje back on level terms with a poacher's finish following a scramble in the Poland area.
GOAL GERMANY
Nick Woltemade hands Germany a fast start to the second period, controlling Leroy Sane's pass and rifling into the bottom right corner.
SECOND HALF BEGINS
A big 45 minutes coming up for Germany, Croatia, the Netherlands and Poland here!
HALF TIME: Poland 1-0 Netherlands
Kaminski fires in the opener just before half time to give Poland an advantage over the Netherlands.
HALF TIME: Luxembourg 0-0 Germany
Germany have had the better chances in the opening 45 but have generally been frustrated by Luxembourg.
HALF TIME: Croatia 1-1 Faroe Islands
Gvardiol's excellent finish helped Croatia to bounce back after an early scare against the Faroe Islands.
GOAL POLAND!
It's been coming during the first half and Kaminski breaks the Netherlands rearguard, latching on to Robert Lewandowski's pass and whipping into the net.
Poland are probing for a late first half opener against the Netherlands and Jakub Kaminski's through ball is a touch too far to reach any of his teammates.
CHANCE GERMANY
Wirtz is starting to look lively as this game progresses and the Liverpool midfielder weaves into the box and shoots at Moris.
Luka Modric's eyes light up as he receives the ball on the edge of the area, but the AC Milan man blazes over the crossbar.
CHANCE FAROE ISLANDS!
Hanus Sorensen almost restores the visitors' lead with a powerful shot. Livakovic is well-placed to save, though.
Germany are starting the generate some momentum in Luxembourg with Serge Gnabry and Florian Wirtz threatening with decent chances.
GOAL CROATIA
Faore Islands' lead lasted just seven minutes as Joskov Gvardiol nets the leveller with a thumping low strike into the bottom corner. Tidy finish!
That Faroe Islands goal sees them leapfrog Czechia into second spot in Group L.
CHANCE LUXEMBOURG
Nearly another shock in Luxembourg as Aiman Dardari flashes a shot just wide of the German goal.
GOAL FAROE ISLANDS
Wow, a shock in Croatia as the Faore Islands take the lead through Geza David Turi's hugely deflected shot that completely wrong footed Dominik Livakovic.
CHANCE GERMANY
