DAZN to show 2026 FIFA World Cup channel exclusively on pay TV in Spain | OneFootball

DAZN has struck a deal with Grup Mediapro to carry, exclusively on pay TV in Spain, the 2026 FIFA World Cup channel featuring all 104 matches.

According to El Periódico Mediterráneo, the channel’s addition makes DAZN a definitive destination for football fans in Spain, where it already offers LALIGA EA SPORTS, Premier League, Serie A, Bundesliga, LALIGA HYPERMOTION and Liga F Moeve MADRID.

Óscar Vilda, DAZN’s CEO for Spain and Portugal, said the agreement is a major step towards democratising the event and making it more accessible in innovative and flexible ways.

The 2026 tournament will run from 11 June to 19 July across 16 stadiums in the United States, Canada and Mexico. On DAZN it will be available in full, live and on demand for the first time, including Spain’s matches and other leading contenders.

DAZN will confirm coverage and commercialisation details for the channel across its plans in due course.
