De Ketelaere forces Atalanta into last-minute change ahead of Cremonese

According to Football Italia, Charles De Ketelaere was named in Atalanta's starting line-up to face Cremonese on Monday. He pulled out at the last minute after feeling a knee problem during the warm-up at the New Balance Arena.
Lazar Samardzic came in as his replacement.
Nikola Krstovic started at centre-forward and put La Dea ahead inside 13 minutes.
Head coach Raffaele Palladino had already weighed up fitness issues when selecting his side.
Gianluca Scamacca, who started and scored in the 3-0 Coppa Italia win over Juventus on Thursday, reported a minor issue in training before the Cremonese match and was also unavailable to start.
