Haji Wright came off the bench to score a late winner as Coventry City beat Leicester City 2-1 in the Championship.

In the 73rd minute, Wright forced a save with a drilled effort, igniting a spell that pushed the Foxes back.

He then rose to meet a cross with a firm header that was cleared by the Foxes' defence (83.).

Wright finally made it count with a cool finish from Tatsuhiro Sakamoto's pass (85.). The forward's direct running kept Leicester's back line retreating and opened the space for the decisive strike.

Across 23 minutes, he registered three attempts on target, won six possessions and three aerial duels, and recorded five touches in the box. It was an impact cameo that swung the contest.
