Derby County beat Charlton Athletic 2-1 at The Valley on Tuesday to climb from 12th to 10th in the Championship.

An own goal from Macauley Gillesphey put the visitors ahead in the 17th minute.

After the restart, Bobby Clark doubled the lead from Ben Brereton Díaz's pass (60.).

Tyreece Campbell pulled one back for Charlton from Karoy Anderson's cut-back (67.).

Derby finished with 10 men when Matthew Clarke received a second yellow and was sent off (85.).
