After playing 31 out of a possible 34 Bundesliga games for Heidenheim in 2025/26, Diant Ramaj (24) returned to Borussia Dortmund but, according to a report from Bild, is seeking a departure with the intention of becoming a No. 1 goalkeeper elsewhere.
Negotiations have already begun, but there are no concrete offers – additionally, Dortmund are open to a departure with Alexander Meyer (35) and Patrick Drewes (33) playing a backup role to Gregor Kobel (28), who is excelling at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Ramaj signed for BVB in February 2025 for €5m in the hope of one day succeeding Kobel but despite becoming a regular starter at both Copenhagen and Heidenheim, where he spent time on loan, replacing Kobel feels unattainable.
With a contract at Dortmund until 2029, the Black and Yellows would demand a transfer fee for Ramaj, who holds a €7m market value on Transfermarkt.
