Reports in France claim that Ismael Bennacer’s proposed move from Milan to Marseille is now a done deal, as the Rossoneri rush to reach an agreement with Monza over a deal for Warren Bondo as his replacement.
Roberto De Zerbi’s Marseille have been hoping to add another midfielder to their ranks before the close of the January transfer window at 23.00 GMT on Monday evening, and had been in talks for both Bennacer and Nicolo Fagioli from Juventus.
Milan had originally appeared unwilling to let Bennacer go without having a suitable replacement lined up, but the Rossoneri are now looking to close a deal for Bondo from Monza in preparation for the Algerian’s departure to Marseille.

Meanwhile, Monza are requesting a fee in the region of €15m to sell Bondo before the January transfer deadline according to reports in Italy.
