Manchester City will clash heads with Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium this Tuesday night as they look to secure maximum points on the road in the Premier League. The Mancunian club managed to earn a narrow 1-0 win over Chelsea in the FA Cup final recently, which should give them a ton of confidence going into this game.
Pep Guardiola will set his players up in a 4-2-3-1 formation and is expected to make a couple of changes to his first team for this clash. Both Gianluigi Donnarumma and Rayan Cherki could play from the start of this game.
Gianluigi Donnarumma will operate in between the sticks for Man City after getting a rest last weekend. Abdukodir Khusanov will continue to function alongside Marc Guehi at the centre of Guardiola’s defence as they focus on keeping things solid at the back during the game.
Matheus Nunes will try to prove his worth as the right-back, while Nico O’Reilly gets another chance to impress on the other side as the left-back. Both of them would have to pick and choose their moments to join in on the attack.
John Stones and Nathan Ake will offer cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Rodri and Bernardo Silva will play as the holding midfielders for Man City as they look to dictate the tempo of the game at the centre of the park.
The gifted trio of Jeremy Doku, Rayan Cherki and Antoine Semenyo will play just ahead of them as part of the Man City attack. All three of them need to combine well if the Mancunian giants are to secure a convincing win at the Vitality Stadium this Tuesday night.
Tijjani Reijnders, Savinho and Mateo Kovacic will have to be content with a place on the bench as they wait for their chance to influence the game in the second 45 minutes if required.
Erling Haaland will spearhead Man City‘s attack up top. He has to figure out a way to be a real menace in and around the Bournemouth penalty area.
Omar Marmoush will be named on the bench and might come on to make an impact in the latter stages of the game if Man City are in need of a goal by then.
