According to sources at Sky Germany, Borussia Dortmund has continued negotiations for their dream summer target Kosta Karetsas.

Dortmund officials plan to travel to Genk this week to hold talks on-site with the club and their sporting director, Dimitri De Condé.

The aim is to reach a solution before BVB’s trip to Japan after their latest offer was slightly under €30million, which was not enough.

Genk are demanding a guaranteed €35million and are hoping for a total package, including add-ons to push past the €40million mark.

BVB remains in pole position for the Greek talent, even though Serie A superpower AC Milan has also shown interest.

The player and his family favor a move to Dortmund, with an agreement in principle already been reached between the two parties.
