Celtic face Dundee at Dens Park on Tuesday as Brendan Rodgers’ side look to continue to heap pressure on Rangers with a win. The Scottish Champions had to dig deep in Dingwall on Saturday as they scored twice in injury time to win 4-1.
The SFA have confirmed the refereeing appointments for the midweek meeting, which is live on Sky Sports, with one of the top refs picked.
Experienced referee Don Robertson has been confirmed as the whistleblower for the game. Robertson took charge of Celtic’s poor showing in the Glasgow Derby earlier this month.
Robertson will be assisted by Gordon Crawford and Alistair Mather on Tayside. Meanwhile, at Clydesdale House, Andrew Dallas is on VAR with Andrew McWilliam.
Kyogo scored a brace to cancel out Jordan White’s penalty and send the Celts back ahead. Arne Engels netted from the spot after Matthew MacDermid was directed by VAR to award a penalty. Shortly afterwards, Luke McCowan coolly scored the fourth of the afternoon.
Celtic are 15 points clear at the top of the table after Rangers beat St Johnstone at Ibrox. Philippe Clement’s embattled side beat the cutaway bottom side after supporters staged a walkout.
