Dušan Vlahović is back in Roma’s sights.
The Serbian striker, already linked to the Giallorossi last summer, is once again at the center of transfer rumors, thanks to an increasingly delicate contractual situation with Juventus.
According to Mirko Di Natale for TuttoJuve, the Roman club is closely monitoring the situation, especially with a view to a possible free transfer in June 2026, when the striker’s contract with the Bianconeri expires.
Roma had already sought an attacking signing this summer, with Vlahović among the names considered in the event of the departure of Artem Dovbyk, who subsequently remained with Gasperini.
Now, with the Ukrainian alternating highs and lows and an attack still struggling for consistency, Vlahović’s profile could prove useful in further enhancing the team’s technical and offensive capabilities.
The sticking point remains Juventus’s intentions, which could either seek a final renewal to avoid losing the player for free, or attempt to sell him in the next summer transfer window to cash in.
At the moment, the prospect of a renewal seems complicated, especially given Vlahović’s own comments, which after the Udinese match stated: “I don’t know what could happen, we’ll see,” leaving all scenarios open, including the most unexpected ones.
