Eintracht Frankfurt sign USA youth left-back Pedro Guimaraes on deal to 2030 | OneFootball

Eintracht Frankfurt have signed USA youth international Pedro Guimaraes on a long-term contract to June 2030. The club said in a statement that the 17-year-old defender will officially arrive on 1 July 2026.

The Pennsylvania-born left-back, who holds US and Brazilian citizenship, plays for Orange County SC in the United Soccer League.

He has made 31 appearances for the West Coast side in all competitions, scoring four goals and supplying one assist. His first senior goal for Orange County came in June 2025 in the USL Cup, a competition contested by teams from the USL Championship and USL League One.

Guimaraes has 14 appearances for the United States under-17s, most recently at the 2025 World Cup in Qatar.

Frankfurt view him as an exciting left-back with strong technique and notable game understanding for his age. They are pleased he has chosen the club, and he will be given time to adapt to German professional football and develop step by step. He will be able to gain valuable match experience with the U21 team.
