Two European giants vie for the Malian striker, who is seeking a fresh start
El Bilal Touré / Atalanta Bergame
This summer could mark the beginning of a new chapter for El Bilal Touré. The Malian international striker from Atalanta Bergamo has attracted interest from clubs in the Netherlands and Turkey, with one of them potentially securing his transfer before the end of the summer transfer window.
After a mixed season in the Bundesliga with VfB Stuttgart—marked by a foot injury and a late return—the Reims academy product is eager to revive his career. Feyenoord Rotterdam, searching for attacking reinforcements to compensate for Ayase Ueda's inconsistent performances, sees Touré as a serious option. The Dutch club, recently knocked out in the UEFA Champions League qualifying round, stands as a strong candidate for the ambitious Malian midfielder seeking a new challenge.
In Turkey, Beşiktaş is also looking to bolster its attack and has Touré on its radar. So far, neither club has made an official offer to sign the player. However, Touré appears ready to close his Italian chapter, especially since his current club will not stand in the way of his departure. This should smooth the path for future negotiations.
