Emmanuel Agbadou insists Wolves will not give up on Premier League survival after a Monday night defeat to Manchester United left them 13 points adrift at the bottom. According to ExpressAndStar.com, their start is the worst by any side in Premier League history.
Rob Edwards’ time in charge has begun with a run of defeats.
Agbadou said they need to be more clinical, noting Manchester United were sharper and that proved decisive. He added the squad will return to the training ground to address what is missing.
He accepted the situation is difficult but stressed they are not going to give up. They will try to give everything to finish the season as well as possible.
The January signing is set to depart for the Africa Cup of Nations with Ivory Coast later this month after being selected. Earlier it appeared several players might be away, but with current squad announcements he is the only Wolves player confirmed to go.
