Reece James did not take part in England team training ahead of the final group game against Panama.
The Chelsea defender followed his own individual programme ahead of the clash because of a hamstring issue.

But everyone else took part in the session, including Bukayo Saka and Declan Rice, who have both been nursing fitness concerns.
England face Panama knowing victory can secure their place as group winners.
They are also looking to return to winning ways following their goalless draw with Ghana in their last match.
