He was holding what??
After a memorable run to the World Cup quarter-finals, Erling Haaland has arrived back in Norway. However, while his tournament is over, Haaland isn't quite done making headlines...
The Norwegian superstar was pictured getting off a plane with two bags over his shoulder and a taxidermy racoon in his hand.
"[The racoon] followed me home," Haaland wrote on X.
The 25-year-old had been active on social media throughout the World Cup, keeping fans updated with all of his antics in the United States.
Meanwhile, on the pitch, it was a tournament to remember for Haaland as he scored seven goals en route to Norway's first-ever quarter-final berth at a men's World Cup.
We'll just have to see if the stuffed racoon makes the journey from Norway to Manchester when Haaland returns to England ahead of the upcoming Premier League season.
