Estelle Cascarino joins West Ham on six-month loan from Juventus | OneFootball

According to L'Équipe, Estelle Cascarino has joined West Ham on a six-month loan from Juventus. The deal was completed on Thursday.

The France defender will remain with the WSL side until the end of the season.

The 28-year-old, capped 13 times, has previously played for Olympique Lyonnais (2015-2016), PSG (2021-2023), Manchester United (2023) and Juventus (2023-2026).

She described West Ham as a great institution in England and said the project is exciting. She added that she aims to bring leadership and experience to help the team. She is the twin sister of Delphine and was in France’s 23 for the 2023 World Cup.

There is urgency. West Ham sit 11th in the 12-team WSL, with one win, two draws and eight defeats from the first 11 matches, and 24 goals conceded, the worst defence in the league.
