FLW takes a look at three players who could leave Charlton Athletic this summer
Charlton Athletic's first season back in the Championship has been solid despite a recent blip in form in recent weeks, and they look primed to secure their status in the second tier once again next campaign.
Nathan Jones has transformed Charlton from League One dwellers into Championship survivalists in the space of a couple of years, with the Welsh coach edging ever closer to securing safety with the Addicks this season.
With four games to go, there is a five-point gap between them and Oxford United in the relegation zone, and one win in their final games would all but surely confirm their safety.
Jones has done a spectacular job at The Valley and is well-deserving of the praise that comes his way for his performance from the dugout this year, albeit he isn't the most popular man in the sport.
Plans regarding who stays and who goes in the capital have already begun, as Football League World takes a look at three players that could potentially leave the club this summer, despite their contracts not set to expire imminently.

Stockport-born utility player Joe Rankin-Costello joined Charlton this summer from fellow Championship side Blackburn Rovers this summer, but has struggled to make an impact since his switch to the capital.
Rankin-Costello is somewhat cursed by his role of being a jack of all trades but a master of none, able to play almost anywhere in midfield and defence, but has failed to nail down a consistent role since joining Charlton.
The 26-year-old has played just over 700 minutes across 20 league appearances thus far, making just six starts of a possible 42.
Joining on a contract until the summer of 2029, Rankin-Costello likely won't be in any sort of rush to leave the Addicks this summer, though, given his lack of playing time, the same may not be true for Jones, who could look to move him on and cut his stay at The Valley short.

Nomadic striker Tanto Olaofe joined Charlton in the summer from Stockport County, but struggled to adapt to life in the Championship, as the 26-year-old headed back to Edgeley Park on loan in January for the remainder of the season, with Jayden Fevrier heading the other way.
Olaofe notched over 30 goal contributions across his final two seasons permanently contracted to Stockport, earning him a move to the capital this summer for a fee in excess of £1 million.
However, with just one goal and one assist in 22 league appearances, with only six of those coming as starts, the Englishman was allowed to leave in the winter following the arrival of Lyndon Dykes from Birmingham City.
Dykes has been excellent since switching to The Valley, putting Olaofe's long-term future in doubt, as the striker could be set for a permanent exit from the club this summer.

Like both Rankin-Costello and Olaofe, Rob Apter was another summer move made by Jones to Charlton this summer, and like both, his time in London has yet to work out.
The winger joined the Addicks after scoring eight and assisting three in 45 games for Blackpool in League One in the previous season, and was expected to provide competition from the flanks under the Welsh boss.
However, as the season has progressed, Jones has reverted to a three centre-back system with wing-backs, deeming Apter with no obvious role in the side, and as a result, was sent out on loan back to League One with promotion hopefuls Bolton Wanderers for the remainder of the season after just 13 games.
He has yet to set the world alight at Bolton, failing to score in any of his 13 league appearances thus far, but will be hoping to help the Trotters to finally secure a long-awaited return to the Championship.
As for his Charlton career, if Jones continues with his wing-back formation heading into next season, this will almost certainly deem Apter surplus to requirements, allowing him to leave the club this summer.
