Fyako Tomori has turned down a move to Tottenham Hotspur, and will start for AC Milan in the derby against Inter Milan.
This according to Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews.
AC Milan coach Sergio Conceicao has had to deal with some notable absences in the leadup to tomorrow’s derby clash with AC Milan.
Midfielder Yusuf Fofana will miss the match due to suspension.
Then, there are a few injuries, including defender Matteo Gabbia.
Meanwhile, there has also been the transfer market interfering with Conceicao’s plans.
The likes of Davide Calabria and Alvaro Morata look to be on their way out, for example. Therefore, the Rossoneri coach has had to plan around losing these players.
Another Milan player who has been linked with a move away is defender Fiyako Tomori.
Reportedly, Tottenham Hotspur sounded out a move. They made an offer for the 27-year-old.

That would certainly have come as a blow for Conceicao and Milan. Particularly considering that they are already missing Gabbia.
However, reports the Gazzetta, Tomori has rejected the interest of Spurs.
The former Chelsea defender has decided that he will stay at Milan for the second half of the season.
Therefore, Tomori will be available for the derby tomorrow.
And according to the Gazzetta, he will start.
